Data Retention

• Active Accounts: Data is retained while your account is active
• Account Deletion: Upon account deletion, all personal data, recordings, and transcriptions are permanently deleted within 30 days
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts inactive for 2 years may be automatically deleted

Children's Privacy

Recaply is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Posting the new privacy policy in the app
• Updating the "Last Updated" date

Data Deletion

To delete your account and all associated data:

1. Open the Recaply app
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap "Delete Account"
4. Confirm your choice
